Halloween weekday...

As many know 31st Oct was Halloween night, usually in Penang, IF recalled correctly, we'd be celebrating Halloween the weekend before it.
Here it seemed different. City people party whenever. No matter what day it is.
Wednesday and the place was packed... everyone with different costumes.
