I've always believed everyone should have leadership skills in them whether or not they are Employers , Supervisors or employees. Even though in a more superior position, many do not have leadership qualities.
I've always believe a great leader is a serving leader.
I'm sure many people have encountered different types of character in superiors, teachers, even parents.
My conclusion is there are 5 different types of leaders. There are...
Anyways why I'm writing about this is basically to dedicate to my "indirect" boss. Soon he won't be my indirect boss anymore and i would like him to know, He is a great Serving Leader!
All the best !

My conclusion is there are 5 different types of leaders. There are...
- Demanding ones - Where they order you around and never sincerely thank you.
- Blur Ones - Where all they care about are figures and target and don't know and don't care whats happening around them.
- Indecisive Ones - Where they can't make decisions on their own and makes decision based on others.
- The cool ones - Where they are hip and happening and people working under them don't respect them as bosses. They can't seem to get the respect they want due to different reasons. ex: not knowing the nature of own business .. etc..
- Serving leaders - Where they do not have standards on people and treat everyone equally. They evaluate things and knows what is happening. People get comfortable with them yet they are strict at work. The best leaders are usually serving ones.
